He married twice. He married Annie A Small in Registered Cardiff, Wales, Abt Dec 1927. He married Irene Ellen Carter Reg Brentford, Essex, England, 5/4/1941. Irene was born Cheddar,Somerset, England 5/01/1899. Irene was the daughter of Charles Carter and Florence Ada Bessant. Irene died16/5/1991 in Frome, Somerset, England, at 92 years of age.

Osmond Edwin Horsey and Annie A Small had the following child:
